1. Plain-English quote education only

QuoteClarity provides plain-English educational summaries of quotes, estimates, proposals, renewals, and similar documents. The service is designed to help you understand what a document appears to say, what may be unclear, and what questions you may want to ask before approving a quote.

QuoteClarity does not provide legal, financial, insurance, construction, engineering, medical, tax, safety, or other licensed professional advice. You should consult an appropriately qualified professional before relying on a quote review for a high-stakes decision.

2. No guarantee of accuracy

QuoteClarity uses automated analysis, including artificial intelligence. The output may be incomplete, incorrect, outdated, or based on missing context. You are responsible for reviewing the original document, confirming details with the provider, and making your own decision.

3. Uploads and user content

By uploading a document or entering text, you represent that you have the right to provide that content for analysis. You should not upload documents containing highly sensitive personal information unless you are comfortable having that information processed for the purpose of generating a report.

4. No contractor, insurer, or vendor relationship

QuoteClarity is not the contractor, insurer, seller, service provider, broker, or professional responsible for the quote you upload. We do not verify site conditions, perform inspections, underwrite insurance, or confirm whether a quoted scope is necessary or sufficient.

5. Pro Quote Check and paid services

If paid services are offered, the description shown at checkout controls what is included. Unless otherwise stated, paid reviews are remote reviews of the information you provide and are not a substitute for an in-person inspection, licensed professional opinion, or formal estimate.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, upload malicious files, reverse engineer the system, or use QuoteClarity for unlawful purposes.
